Attracting & Retaining Youth Volunteers Part One

Young people seek not only a sense of purpose from volunteering and their work but also rapid advancement opportunities and continuous feedback, learning and development.
This workshop looks at and is not limited to recruitment attraction strategies, designing roles of interest and how to increase engagement and productivity of young people.

This session will cover: 

• recruitment attraction strategies
• designing roles of interest
• how to increase engagement and productivity of young people

Suitability: For all Volunteer Managers

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points: Up to 1 CPD point is awarded for completing part 1 and part 2 of this workshop
